The Emin Pasha Hotel & Spa Kampala, Kampala

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were pleasant with nice extras, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. While some maintenance issues could have been addressed and the rooms made more mosquito-proof, overall, it was a wonderful experience.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The rooms were incredibly comfortable, and the shower was excellent. The staff was kind and very helpful. However, there were some minor maintenance issues that should have been checked during housekeeping.

I absolutely loved the beautiful rooms, and the gardens and pool were a fantastic spot for relaxing right in the heart of the city. However, I found the organization a bit lacking, especially with seating areas, bed size, and maintenance issues like light bulbs. Overall, a charming mix of old school and contemporary furnishing reminiscent of noble houses in the UK but could use some improvements in organization and maintenance.

The hotel has some room for improvement in terms of room organization, but it offers one of the most comfortable stays I've experienced with genuinely kind and helpful staff. The service was a bit distracted at times but overall lovely, especially with the beautiful garden. The location is central and convenient, close to essential places like banks and government offices. The dining options were somewhat limited, but the ambiance made up for it. The facilities are well-maintained and add to the overall positive experience.
